Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy disclosed at booking and/or the independent provider's posted policy.
New York's Medical Cannabis Program charges no state registration fee. Registration is automatic upon certification — there is no separate state portal, state application, or government fee. The clinic consultation fee paid at booking is the only fee collected by this platform.
